Don't make the mistake of giving these crooks even the time of day. These apartments are a rip-off at best. As previous posts have mentioned the facilities are awful and the location is bad. There are cameras everywhere which the staff seems to watch like its a soap opera. They don't even staff both entrances. If you want to have a guest over they have to go around to the front entrance and go through the third degree by the guard. I had multiple problems with appliances not working in the apartment even upon first moving in and their so called pre-inspection. Initially the one toilet in the unit was overflowing and spraying everywhere thus was unusable. I was told to turn off the water and wait until the next day. There is no maintenance staff after 4pm and no emergency service should something break. Also don't expect to be able to open your windows as only one in the unit will even crack a few inches. They wired the building with CAT cable which cannot handle the cable/internet and service is spotty at best. It is a gamble at best if your unit gets good reception as the whole building is spotty. Also you only have one choice for cable service (Viking) and no HD programming. For internet its either Viking again which is expen$ive and slow (if and when it works) or Verizon DSL, so no (true) high speed. The carpets stink and are stained worse than a cheap motel. Regarding parking the roof leaks causing nasty sediment spots on the vehicles which does not come off. This has been the most expensive and worst place I have ever lived. The building manager is a CROOK!!! He will sweet talk you until you sign and then turn nasty. I would look to move to the other side of campus or maybe one of the new buildings going up. You can rent a small house in Rittenhouse square for less. Don't make the mistake I did you will regret it! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Very true. They are cheap and greedy, they do not want to put a staff on other entrance, the gym items are constantly being stolen and they are big crooks!!! No free wireless in conference room. Jewish preferred.
