Substandard Management

I lived in the Left Bank for 2 years and the management were unprofessional and antagonistic. The 6th floor regularly leaked and the outside apartments experience significant noise from the trains. The concierge and maintenance staff were very nice and the location is very convenient to Penn or Center City.
