Nice place, a little pricey.

I lived here for a year, and was generally very satisfied with the experience. The rent is a bit pricey, but utilities stay pretty low because the building is well insulated. As far as amenities go, every apartment comes with a parking space in a private lot, and there is a very nice gym on the second floor. Additionally, apartments all have their own washer/dryers, and dishwashers. On the down side, the walls are a little thin, but the place is generally very quiet, so it's not a major issue. Also, sometimes you have to be a little assertive to get maintenance done properly in your apartment- this was an issue when my roommates and I moved in. On the whole though, it was a positive experience, and I'd recommend living here.
