love this building.

I just moved out of this building after three years, and I only have nice things to say about it. If you are a grad student at Penn, it's truly ideal...within a couple of blocks from class, with a comfortable study room downstairs and two conference rooms that you can reserve. The parking was convenient (you get an assigned spot so you never have to worry about finding parking at night). Every unit has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The best part of the Left Bank, however, is the front door staff, particularly Fran. They make an effort to get to know each resident and really make the building feel comfortable.
Management can be a bit hard to deal with, that's the downside.
Still very much recommend however!
