Worst value for the money possible.

The walls are so thin that I can hear neighbors conversations easily, closet doors opening and closing, answering machines, coughing and sneezing, etc. No different than a cheap motel room. I have lived in numerous complexes over the years and have never heard my neighbors this much. And the neighbors are not disrespectful at all. I'm only referring to regular stuff I should not be hearing.

Conduct a noise test and you'll see precisely what I mean. Knock on the wall and the whole wall shakes.

The AC sounds like a tornado is ripping thru the apartment

To lock the door, you have to slam it shut.

When my neighbor turns on his water, I feel like he's in my bathroom.

The required cable company is a joke. Channels go black consistently. Comcast sportsnet has been out for a year and a half. The internet is slow.

Hopefully you will not make the same mistake I made.
