The motto of this place is that they give their residents the "VIP treatment", but it should be that they treat their residents like employees. Everything will be peachie until you sign the lease. Then you will have to unload your things amongst the dumpsters in the back (They didn't even move the dumpsters out of the way for us - we had to do that ourselves), and don't expect them to let you move in on a weekend - Thats not convenient for them. You will get a large packet of rules, and find out about additional charges promptly upon moving in (For example they told us we could paint our apartment only to find out later that they charge you $500 per room when you leave). Once you have moved in the place is nice enough but don't ever expect to get something fixed until you complain about it 3-12 times. This is everyone's biggest complaint. Once you get everything ironed out you can expect a huge jump in your rent the following year. There are a million issues with this place. Its a terrible value for the service, quality (take a close look at the cabinets and carpets), and west philli location. I moved in against lots of advice not to, and I really regret it.
