Don't move, they discriminate!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   This building is the worst you can come upon in University City. Try to avoid it, yes it is all glamour before you move (fitness center,conference room, luxury lobby), but once you move in that is all over, just pay your rent and we do not care for you unit its renewal time. It is too pricey for what type of service you get and leasing office has a superiority attitude. They constantly discriminate people and give a very big range of prices depending of ethnicity. They are not the only solution in University City so go ahead and search for other places like Domus, Riverloft or 23 Condominium. Most shop owners are not that happy with management as well, so this should say it all. Lobby personnel are very friendly, and the parking is good.
