I lived at The Left Bank for 4 years and absolutely loved it. I couldn't say enough good things about this building. I have lived in several apartment buildings and this by far lived up to what they promise.
24/7 doorman: there was never a time I walked into the buiding and didn't see a doorman there. I always felt safe. A lot of buildings promise 24/7 security but for some reason, there is always a reason why there is someone not there overnight, etc..
Gym: the nicest gym in the city that I have seen. A lot of my friends live in surrounding apt buildings and the gyms are much smaller, equipment isn't close to being as nice and they are never clean. The gym at The Left Bank is ALWAYS clean and has very nice equipment.
Management: besides my rent getting increased every year, management was completely fair with us. They were always on top of anything we asked. We enjoyed (and always took advantage) of the monthly events they would host for the tenants. For the most part, Management was very helpful and was always looking out for the tenants.
I have to say, the best thing about living at The Left Bank was the location and the amenities they offered. Having a secure building in which I felt safe going into was worth every penny.
