This Place is the worst place in the world! And that just being nice! I would have rather lived in the same apartment building as the people from the television show "Good Times". Roaches, mice, holes in the walls and ceiling, leaking ceilings, front door lock is broken, side window is always punched out, no parking, horrible neighbors, rent was too high, you can never get any help from maintenance, garbage piled up high outside, mold, no parking, trash in the halls, trash in the laundry room, laundry machines that rarely worked, people cars are broken into, and the list goes on. Please do no not rent from Leverington Court. If you see it run away!
