Terrible terrible terrible. Front door lock was broken for 6 months. Funky odors are always in the hallway. Garbage everywhere. Landlords are absolutely terrible. They're never in the office, never there to answer questions or problems, yet they always seem to call you when your rent is a day late, despite the fact that your drains are clogged, anyone can walk right in, cops show up for domestic violence once a month, chumps who don't live there take your parking spot, and you have bugs that scatter when you turn the lights on. The quintessential roxborough trash! Oh and dont bank on having decent neighbors.. Did I mention theyre raising rent next year''!'!
