First of all, the building is in dire need of repairs. Maintenance is non existent and when they finally do try to fix something, the maintenance guys are clueless and have no experience. This is why some of the apartments have been vacant for over a year. The inside hallways and corridors are littered with trash. The mailboxes constantly get broken into. The doors to the entrances lack security. The locks are always broken due to people constantly kick the doors in, because of losing keys. The intercom system for the main entrance hasn't work since 2001, according to some of the tenants.The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything from neighboring apartments. The management shows no respect or loyalty to tenents. If you're looking for a cheap place that lack basic living needs, go for it. Otherwise stay away.
