Many things were promised when I signed the lease. A change machine in the laundry room, a rooftop deck, hot water for the washers and a maintenance department amongst other things. Still none of these things exist in the building. No upkeep is done on the building. The hallways are vacuumed maybe once every 3 months and the front of the building always has trash that noone will pickup. Also the front vestibule area is dirty and disgusting. It was never clean when I lived there. If you need any kind of maintenance in your apartment ie. heat does not work or no hot water you will wait atleast two days. The maintenance guy will come out after you make 4 phone calls but then he will tell you that it is under warranty & he cannot fix it.,
