I have lived here for several years and like it very much. I have had two different apartments in the building and my biggest complaint is the noise. The first neighbors I had were extremely quiet and I never heard a peep. The walls are very thin and you just have to expect a certain amount of noise. However when the noise has been excessive and there have been issues the property manager has been extremely coperative and has addressed my issues. It is a pet friendly building so if you have issues with pets this is not the place for you. There is lot parking for a fee and street parking which can be risky as there have been many break in on the street. I intend to renew when my lease is up and overall I do recomend the apartment to others.
