For the price this is one of the best

I have lived here for three years and before this I lived off Rittenhouse Square for five years. For the price, the amenities can't be beat. The exact same place off Rittenhouse Square would go for twice the rent! The neighborhood has gone from shabby chic to the "in" place to live.
