Renter beware...it's a lot of kids and a lot of noise! Apartments are over shops and restaurants and the noise from particularly the Duce restaurant is annoying. A lot of intoxicated people walking the "walk" yelling, throwing up, etc. Owner of bar works for the management company so there's nothing you can do about the noises. Parking is a problem and cars getting broken into. My neighbor tells me there was a stalker and recently two girls were raped in the neighborhood. A neighborhood that could be cool.........just not yet. A lot of construction too. I already had a flat tire due to a nail in it.
