DO NOT RENT HERE! Crime! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   There are cute botique style shops on the first floor of the buildings and apartments above. The quality of construction is not good. I was one of the first tenants to move in and once the bar opened we get a lot of people hang out late night on the walk and drunk! It's embarrasing to have guests over and see this activity. On weekends I feel like its party central. Okay if your 21 but not if your 30!
