Apt may be cool to look at but many things wrong with the place. Very poor construction and if you don't mind construction, thats what the surrounding area is. I only ever got help from one person and she no longer works for them...after she left the new manager is a kid who knows nothing and never returns a phone call. Many people have moved out at the end of their lease because its just not worth the money. Parking is a hassel, crime happens often, and Duce Restaurant gets people so intoxicated that they are loud patrons late night on the "walk"
