I have lived in one of Tower Investments buildings for almost 1 year now and I can say that they are the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. It is not just me, almost everyone I have spoken to in the building has the similar problems. Most unprofessional and incompetent leasing and management I have ever experienced. They either need to hire a separate management company or stick to their old strip center mall development that Bart Blatstein (the developer) used to build. I still can't get over how unorganized they are and how they show no regard for the tenants living in their building. I am considering going to the press to let people know the full story behind Tower's terrible management and irresponsible acts over the past year. I will not get into details but take my word... DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I hope they will be able to get their act together soon but as of now they have no idea what they are doing.

I will be looking at the one of the apts at Liberties Walk this week. Is it really that bad there? As far as the management & drunks, etc... Thanks.
