The only thing that was ever a problem for me was the noise late at night. The walls are way too thin and it seemed like they started to rent to a lot of students this past year. Too many times I was awoken at 2am by the drunks coming home or loud parties during the week. If you're a light sleeper you may not want to move here. I wore earplugs most weeknights.

I liked the pool, fitness room, and having a fireplace. The location is also great.
