first the negatives: expensive rent, utilities are very expensive (greater than 150$ a month), there have been multiple break-in's over the years, some of the office staff needs attitude adjustments, no matter what is in the lease- many dogs are not smaller than 25 lbs., there are many rules

positive: it is actually a very nice place, the fire places, deck, and pools are a bonus, you can keep a dog, they paint and replace carpet before moving in, maintenance has been very responsive, there is always parking, it "feels" secure and I think there have been less break in's with the new security company

I agree with you on the attitude problems of the management staff. Those women in the office think they are the cats whiskers and need some serious lessons in courtesy and politeness. I am glad I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with them and there are other people in the same boat too !
