Far from luxury! The security gate is a joke. Anyone can park next to the leasing office and walk into the complex with out trouble. The security guards are often sleeping or on their cell phone. I even observed one security guard with two young children on patrol with her. There are breakins on a frequent basis and it is rumored around the complex that it is an inside job. The gym is out dated and only has one good treadmill which is always taken. You can hear everything from the apartment underneath you. The weekends are usually very noisey at the Green. Lots of kids from St. Joe's flock here for parties and hang out drunk in the parking lot. Management is not helpful or friendly. Sylvia is terrible at taking maintenance request. In the winter time they do a terrible job at cleaning the snow in the parking lot. I personally do not think this place is worth the money.
