Why not just be grateful that your experience has been positive, rather than trashing those who have suffered as a result of moving into LG? How narrow minded are you?

Try changing apartments. See how happy you are when you have to put down ANOTHER deposit before they will give you the first back and then have to sign a whole new lease that locks you in for another year instead of going month to month and THEN on top of that, they go ahead and charge you a $200 transfer fee, which I don't understand how they can do, since they make you sign a new lease just like everyone else who is moving in that year. Not everybody can afford to "just move out" and break their lease! Not everybody who is unhappy with a complex is a poor tenant. What a stupid thing to say.

as a person looking into the possibility of moving into any new place, i greatly appreciate past/current tennant reviews. positive reviews are always nice, but a bit questionable in merit.. and one of the main reasons i seek out ratings and do my research online is to seek out what bad reviews are given to any particular place -- after all, bad experiences are better left to be read about than to be had personally.
