I moved in almost a year ago - and now I can't move out without paying incredible fees! Maintenance takes forever to get to a project, there have been breakins, and the office staff is dismissive! They even lost my rent check one month - and were ready to make me pay a late fee because of their error! Let's not even go into the ignorant lifeguards and security guards that stand around talking on cell phones!

The rent is extremely pricey for the level of quality. I would not recommend this apartment complex for the price paid. It is NOT luxury.
