I am always suprised to read these negative reviews. However, that can be expected since many happy people don't write reviews. I particularly like the review by the person who co-signed with his/her brother. Now, they are complaining because they have to pay fees after their brother got incarcerated and talking about how the brother complianed that the apartment was cheap and put together wrong...wonder what he thinks of his jail cell now'''

Anyway, I happen to like the complex. I have lived here for three years and have never ran into a problem. My maintenance request are usually handled in 24 hours, unless it is not emergent and it is on the weekends. Although I would happen to agree that they do have some customer service issues from time to time, I think most of the people are generally nice...of particular concern however is the manager of the complex and the accountant (she's definately got an attitude).

However, taking all of this into consideration, at least we have plenty of parking, the garbage gets hauled off regularly and in winter the parking lot is scraped and cleaned efficiently after snowfall.

I suppose when I read these things, I get frustrated because if more people would spend more time working on fixing their problems instead of whining about them, they would probably be much better off.

The fact of the matter is just this...if you don't like it, please move, it will make it a better community for all of us. Go to center city, pay an extra 300 dollars a month, plus an additional 200 per month for parking, same utilities, living in a highrise with nasty neighbors and their rodent friends and see how you like it... 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
