This place used to be good (lived here for 3yrs)... not great, but decent. ... now itis AWFUL! You would think if someone lived here so long and was having a problem with the noise of the Adams mark construction (if you dont know, they are tearing down the AM and putting in a target, completion, some time in march of 07!) they would help'' NO!!! They said to me... if I sign for another year, then they could move me.. but they will not let me out of my lease or move to another apt to aget away from the noise!!! I work at home.. so guess what, i have to break lease.. and so you all know.. you have topay 2mos rent... PLUS your consession (if you get a discount, which most do... you have to pay it back,.. for example, i got 50$ the rent... so now i have to pay back over 450 dollars!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS AT ALL! I had a leak in my apt for 2 freakin years... and they took walls out and other things... never fixed the damn thing!! DONT MOVE HERE... SO MANY HEADACHS!!
