Stay away from the adams mark side!!! RUDE MANAGEMENT From: craptasticLG Date posted: 3/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   This place used to be good (lived here for 3yrs)... not great, but decent. ... now itis AWFUL! You would think if someone lived here so long and was having a problem with the noise of the Adams mark construction (if you dont know, they are tearing down the AM and putting in a target, completion, some time in march of 07!) they would help'' NO!!! They said to me... if I sign for another year, then they could move me.. but they will not let me out of my lease or move to another apt to aget away from the noise!!! I work at home.. so guess what, i have to break lease.. and so you all know.. you have topay 2mos rent... PLUS your consession (if you get a discount, which most do... you have to pay it back,.. for example, i got 50$ the rent... so now i have to pay back over 450 dollars!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS AT ALL! I had a leak in my apt for 2 freakin years... and they took walls out and other things... never fixed the damn thing!! DONT MOVE HERE... SO MANY HEADACHS!!
