Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Convenient location made three years palatable.
Cheap carpet, rotted faucets, poor caulking, hair painted over in the walls, cracked ceilings, antiquated appliances (if you're on hold at the office, recorded voice boasts "newest appliances" - yeah right!).
Need maintenance' Leave a message three or four times then spend the day they finally come cleaning up their foot prints throughout your house!
Dim breezeways "unfixable" per management.
Poolside crawling with ants.
RUDE RUDE RUDE staff and management.
Positives: closet space. location. pet-friendly. landscaping esthetically pleasing.
