I lived on the 2nd floor and our bathroom had a leak from the tenants upstairs. A first it was just a crack in the bathroom ceiling but I got worried that one day while in the bathroom everything from upstairs would coming crashing down so I reported this. No one came to fix this issue, so after several complaints over a period of a month, they finally came out to see the issue (by this time the crack was much more serious and the leaking was disgusting, the bathroom would stink andwater would be everywhere, i had to use a bucket to collect the leaking water). The guys came out and tore up our bathroom ceiling to fix the pipes (we could see the pipes and drains) and said they'll be back to fix the ceiling. The rent was going to up in 2 months and i guess they figure they'll wait until the lease is up. They never gave us a phone call nor came back to fix the ceiling! I didnt have a bathroom ceiling for 2 months. I left messages, I talked to everyone in that office but still nothing was done. You bet to believe for that 2 months did not pay rent! When they questioned my rent payment I questioned the bathroom celing!
