live here now- unsure From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I, unfortunately, moved in here a few weeks before the rape. I am on the 3rd floor. Agreed that the management is completely worthless, but how intelligent are you really required to be for this occupation' They seem on par with all the other idiots that run apartment complexes. I am just unsure of the safety (or lack thereof). I generally feel safe, but all these other comments posted on here are freaking me out. I think the major problem is that City Line as a whole is extremely ghetto. I previously lived in Manayunk Gardens- which to me, felt a lot more unsafe (NO lighting around the parking lots and apartment entrances at night). The biggest difference is that Manayunk is filled with college kids... not convicted rapists and assrtd riff raff like in City Line. I haven't had any unusual problems with maintaince (again, on par with other places I have lived), and I also think the security is really nice. However, that's not to say I wouldn't bail if my safety was truly in jeopardy. Please comment if you live (or have lived) here.
