This place needs to be demolished like the Adams Mark Hotel next to it. I lived there for 3 months and the whole time was nothing but a battle with management to get my heat fixed. Maintenance never showed when they said they would and made us call off from work waiting for them to show because we didn't want them to come in with our dog there.
We moved out before the brutal rape but I'm not the least bit surprized that it happened. My husband actually found a man looking in our sliding glass door at 11:00 at night. He called security and they never even showed up. Security is a joke, they sit at the gate in their car and talk on cell phones for hours and leave anybody walk past the gate. The gate only keeps you out if you arrive in a car.
Parking is awful!!! I would get home at midnight from work and there would be no parking near our apartment. I would have to park by the fence next to the empty hotel parking lot and walk two complexes to get to our apartment. Snow removal is practically nonexistant. They would pile the snow into huge piles in the middle of spaces and on the sidewalks and let them melt all over creating layers of ice that they did not salt.
The apartment is so small that we didn't even get to use our fireplace because it would have caught the couch on fire.
The dog park is nothing bit mud, poop, and ice, nothing that you would want your dog to be playing in and then lying on the couch. There is really no place to walk them except out back which is right past other residents bedroom windows.

What a joke of a review. Why do people insist on overeacting to situiations they seem to make up themselves? Why does it seem that no one is ever satisfied with anything and there always seems to be a lie involved? Just a few honest questions.
