As mentioned by several other people this apartment complex has a laid back do nothing type of attitude, which makes for a staff of incompetent people and a very unsafe living environment. It may look like a nice place at first view, which is what I thought, but the "courtesy patrol" is a joke of a security system and consists of guards that drive around on golf carts and sit at the front gate with no purpose. Besides that numerous maintenance problems were always passed over or if submitted at the front office never addressed. I for one can't wait until my lease is up. Oh and if you enjoy constant dust from construction of the new Target and the 20 backhoes that start up around 6am each morning since last March then this is the place for you.
