This person must be Lincoln Green Management. There are plenty of parking spots available if you want to walk 300 yards to your car. I know this is management because anyone in the tri-state area knew about the rape of the young female over the summer; only management would say they don't know anything about it. The comment from this person appears multiple times throughout this review. Yes, a renter gets central air and a washer dryer in the apartment. But what happens in the middle of summer when the a/c breaks and it doesn't get fixed. Or, Now that it is 10 degrees outside and multiple units are without heat. Another safety issue is how often the "fence" is broken around the complex. Or, how many suspicious males hop the fence in the back of the property near the church. What about trying to get a parking light fixed to increase safety... Impossible! The Biggest Joke of all is that this community won an award for "Best Living". Should have been Best place to pay $1000 monthly rent and get raped. Best place to pay $1400 month for rent to listen to your neighbor play loud music all night. Best Place to pay $900 to have your front door kicked in by burglars when your home. Best Place to pay $1025 a month for rent to have the Philadelphia S.W.A.T Team kick your neighbor s door in to take down a "Lincoln Green" Drug and Prostitution Ring. Best Place to pay rent to get E.-Coli from the 2 pools with filters and chlorinators that don't work properly , don t believe me ask the life guards. Best Place to be treated rudely by some piece of ---- management that makes $10/hr when you ask for help, a repair, a safety concern. The residents of Lincoln Green applaud management by being so anonymous in placing those excellent reviews throughout this website. If anyone is not sure about moving here, check out the local police reports for the area with the highest... Name a crime . Still don't believe me, GOOGLE Lincoln Green and read all the Police Reports. Watch the archived footage of the rape coverage. Don t move here, there are better places, brand new, a little farther away for the same rent. Learn the back roads.

It's a lie that everyone I the tristate area knew about the rape, I live 5 miles away and I had no idea. I am thinking about moving to lincoln green may 1 and wondering about the comments people are putting up here. Some of them seem a little exaggerated, especially with all the theatrics in this one.

Lincoln Green is more like stinkin green from the security that barely watches you and the high utilities that they charge you they call it a gated community thats a joke

The only thing that's turning me off of this complex is all the bitching. A few days ago I decided to move to LG, and I stopped 4 or 5 random residents as I walked around the property after I paid my deposit and they ALL said they liked living at LG and recommended I live there. You guys need to stop your bitching and get a hobby.
