I've lived in Lincoln Green for 2 years, and I love it. Maintenance is reliable, parking is NEVER a problem, and it's well maintained. For all the people who wrote about security...at least we have it! Compared to other places in Philadelphia, this is at the top. The only thing is it's kind of pricey, but I think it's worth it. I mean we have a fireplace, storage closet, balcony, 2 pools, on call maintenance,....So an incident happened at LG last summer, and yes, they did not handle it as best they could....but things happen to everyone, everywhere. That is ONE incident. Look at all the other aparments in the area...I mean seriously, this is by far the nicest and has security (although they may just be average). I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a nice place to live, and willing to pay a couple extra dollars for it.
