Lincoln Green- I know incidents tend to stick in our minds... tried to be rational

Strongs: Beautiful outdoors, swimming pool, work-out with sauna, quiet community, residents typically professionals. Parking free

Weaknesses: (BIG paragraph)
Hot-headed mailroom, administration (Example. Winter cold and Im waiting for an urgent package from mailroom outside their office time 9:58 AM. Oh.. but I get yelled at for knocking on their office door because its not 10 yet. Slams the door back on me and I wait... for 10. Plus "advised" not to do this again).

Security' Last year incident of sexual assault- security upgrade promised... whats done' Nothing to make anyone feel more secure- (and of course its not their fault. Agreed)

Mailroom. If you work 9-5, forget picking up your packages till the weekend. BTW, if you dont pickup your package in 2 days, they will send it back to the shipper. Oh, and if your package is shipped by anyone other than USPS, UPS or FEDEX, they dont accept it anyways (and they did once as a "favor" to me).

Probably among the few places that dont cover your basic utilities- you pay up everything.

This is of the top right now, Im moving out. Overall 2.5/5 experience.
