This Place is the place for you if you like to be talked to like your stupid and treated rude!! I have lived here for years and the last manager was good this one is a dumb b****!!! The Manager doesn't know how to talk to you she charges you for stuff that isnt your fault!(thats dumb) She is so unprofessional it's unreal.... This place will be section eight with in a few years.The office staff is nice but they give you attitude sometime. Parking Sucks!!!!! The Maintenance does a good job and are pretty prompt sometimes though the guys dont know whats the matter and have to get the supervisor to come by and show them what they are doing! overall its a nice complex exccept for michelle, and the areas around it are Ghetto(and this one is getting that way probably bc of her!!!!!)

Who ever this is if you talking about Patty who was the manager she is a big fat liar pig i cant stand her. She walks around like she is big and tuff but when I got in her face she backed down. My friend sued them about 3 years ago I was so glad the rest of the leasing staff is like aunt toms they seem like they are scared of those other folks if you know what I mean. I used to live at stinkin green but when that girl got raped and my car was broken into several times i had no other choice but to break my lease.

This manager is the worst she has destroyed this property and not only that the 300 dollars to move someone it has been since February 2008 and now we are in June 2008 and I call they said that they didnt put it in yet. SO GLAD I AM OUT OF HERE. They love love love charging people for BS.
