I had moved in about 7 months ago, even after reading ALL the stuff that was written on here, I have to say, you can't believe everything you hear, and from what I read, the people that put negative things, there either bored or 1 thing must have pissed you off. The management is very nice, and the leasing staff was wonderful before, during and even if i stop in now, they are very nice and very helpful, the maintenance is very nice, they came in, fixed the problem and it's been fine since, the only thing i don't like is the speed bumps, if you go over them too fast your car bottoms out. i haven't seen any bugs in my building, so if people have bugs, it's mostly either they don't take out their trash or just very uncleansy, if you don't take care of your place, that's just nasty...People CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF"S...Keep the groudns clean, they have millions of dumpsters, so put it where it belongs...I was over at presidential, yes it's a little less money, but no central air, long hallways no washer/dryer in each apt, so yes, it's a little more but it's worth it, yes, sometimes the gate doesn't work, but it's like fort knox, courtsey won't let you in, and nowhere in this world is safe, if you had your own home, same ---- can happen and it doesn't have to be in a gated community, kids in dorms can't be safe, so where is safe''''''''' NO WHERE................ well anyway, can't wait for the pool to open, it was very refreshing........and remember. don't litter, lets make this world/ lincoln green a clean emnviroment.........Go lincoln green,
p.s. i just referred 3 co-works and I get$ 300.00 for a referral fee for all 3 co-works. So now in 2 month i'll get $900.00...
