Pro: I have no bugs and feel generally safe (I'm a man).
The apartment is well maintained as are the appliances. I asked maintenance to come fix my broken blinds and they were in and out in 24 hours. The place looks nice.

Con: Management is sassy. The package lady is nasty. They don't recycle. Everything is electric and they charge you through the nose. I was out of the country for a month and left on only my refrigerator and hot water heater and still payed $50 in electricity. There is a flat water and garbage fee for $20/month, which is stupid. The walls are thin and I hear my neighbors. I have a general dislike and distrust for the management.

Overall: The place is decent. Its a higher quality place and safer than many places nearby. But thats not saying much. Its definitely nicer and safer than the president across the street or the places on nearby on conshohocken.
