My wife and I lived at Lincoln Green for a year and in that time a woman was rapped and stabbed, vehicles were damaged (my wifes included), and stray animals (cats in particular) are rampent. The complex in most areas is over congested in a parking stand point but the appearance and cleanliness of the property is deceiving. The workout facilities were updated while we lived there which was good and the pools are in good conditions. The noise level for us as professionals was unacceptable. When we signed our lease they were very strict about college students particularly from St. Joseph's University up the road. Approximately 1/3 of the length of our lease our entire building was St. Joseph's student which was a source of the noise and inappropriate "cat calling" towards my wife. The management was very difficult to work with and was primarily a problem with higher members of the management team. On the whole with the damage, noise, crime, management, and stress this complex brought to our lives we had had enough and left at the end of our lease.
