I have lived here for 5 months and have liked it so far. It is an easy walk to school which makes it very convenient. I had one maintenance problem and it was fixed the next day. There is plenty of parking and the in apartment washing machine is nice. I have not had any problems with bugs nor have I seen any in my apartment. I have heard my neighbors sometimes but have never lived in an apartment complex where I didn't occasionally hear them. The noise has never been a problem where I live. The residents seem to be a mix of professionals, grad students, and undergrads from St Joes. The management in the front office as well as the assistant manager have been very nice but as others have mentioined, the lady in resident sevices is not the friendliest. I was firm with her during my one encounter and there was no problem. While it is not the best apartment complex I have ever lived in (I have lived in five others outside Philly) it is far better than the others in the local area.

Just signed a lease with them and am looking forward to moving in. I am excited to move in, although moving prep has interfered with my step 1 studying :-/
