Looks can be deceiving! This place looks awesome from the outside but once you have lived here for about a year the bad overcomes the good. After living here for a year and now finally moving I just want you all to save your money!
1.Highway 76 has bad traffic! Always! Going both ways, if it isn t the construction it s an accident.
2.Management and Staff with an exception of few are terrible. The Main manager likes to steal money and commit fraud. That get $300 dollars if you get someone to move in is fraud! Never got it!
3.Quiet hours at 10pm!' Yeah you pay 1475 a month for a two bedroom and you cannot listen to music or anything, I had to disable my bass. You get a warning then the second time your kicked out. Amazing!
4.Bugs, I have used the defoggers and all, the windows in these apartments have cracks in them, and they won t even repair them. I found this old musty tape I had to clean up.
5.Mail room lady is terrible and nasty.
6.1475 for Two Bedroom! What was I thinking'' That s a mortgage.
7.Even if you get a one bedroom it s like a prison cell. Good Luck fitting a desk in your one room!
8. And most of all, safety is a huge concern, multiple incidents. Also Someone got raped and robbed here.
9. Paint cracks off of walls. Terrible Paint job.
10. They make you clean the carpet before you leave if you dont your charged a fee.
11. They love charging fees, Trash $25, Pets $50, To have a satellite instaleld $150.00 By the time you move in you would of paid for a house.

Bottom Line. There are so many places better then this. And Cheaper! Less of a headache. Also, everyone I talked to who used to live here is so happy they left.

Ok let me respond to this a bit...... 1. "Highway 76 has bad traffic! Always!"... really? This is news? Who lives in Philly that doesn't already know that? KYW1060 is all I have to say on that point. I don't see how that affects rating. 2. "Management and Staff with an exception of few are terrible.".....That's simply not true.... why is it that I get along with them all...Ever try approaching them without attitude?? 3. "Quiet hours at 10pm!".. this I agree with it being a problem.. I believe they market towards students and with the amt paid in rent, we should be able to make a little more noise later into the night. 4. "Bugs, I have used....".... this is one of the only places I've lived at (New York, Schwenksville, Bala Cynwyd)that I've never had to cover my food up for fear of pests... Sure every now and then u see a bug or two, but not like what ur alledging... ur either unlucky in ur apt block, or ur overstating.... good luck finding a bug free apt somewhere else 5. "Mail room lady is terrible and nasty".... Dont diss Sylvia that way (yes i know her name, cause i talk to them frendly-like.. try it).. I have a one bedroom and i like it very much... My girl and I never complain.. We looked around2 years ago for a cheaper place to have a 2 bedroom, but ended up right back in our 1 bedroom @ Lincoln Green! 8. I jump the low fence to go to Target (avoiding walking around)and jump back over without anyone noticing... The place is relatively safe otherwise, i leave my car running all the time and my apt unlocked on short run outs... As for the girl that got raped.. I lived here for 5 yrs and that's the only incident like that...How would you have stopped that???? 9. "Paint cracks off of walls"... After 5 yrs I do see minor cracking, but nothing that bad. 10. "They make you clean the carpet.."... I agree with u here... when i moved in I was told that every new lease comes with NEW carpet NOT CLEANED carpet.... I refuse to clean mine, and will fight any charge levied at me for it. 11."They love charging fees"... what apts do u know of that doesn't charge a pet fee... also the trash 'fee' is not a fee but rather a bill that includes 'water'... you knew utilities were not included when u moved in, right? Bottom line... Yes there are cheaper places than this, but any better ones are more expensive(i've looked!)... I LIVE here and am VERY Happy. Anel Jones Building #4 (I wont tell u the apt#...lol) Ask Caroline or Sylvia if u dont believe i live there..(and mention my name if u move in.. matbe i could get money...lol)
