I've lived at Linden Court Apartments for 3 months and absolutely love it here. My apartment overlooks a quiet, tree-lines golf course where I can sit on my balcony and watch rabbits, squirrels and even possums play. I have seen many breeds of bird including blue jays and cardinals fluttering around the trees and even come onto the balcony to visit. This building is very quiet even with children. Laundry facilities are on each floor and the management staff are very cooperative and helpful.
I've chosen to do my own exterminating as I get really freaked by bugs of any king but that is my choice.
I'm happy to be sharing my apartment living experience with wonderful neighbors who respect privacy and quiet.

I also live in this apartment, and if you say that its very quiet then you must be one of the few lucky residents to live on the top floor (third floor). I live on the second floor, and the floor boards on the ceiling creak. And I don't mean just a little creaking noise. I mean VERY loud creaking and whining noises from the floor boards. The noises are so loud that you often get woke up. If your neighbor who lives on top of you is walking around 2 AM in the morning then you can be sure that you will hear it, even when sleeping. You WILL get startled and woken up in the middle of sleeping because the noises are that loud. The floor boards are incredibly weak and deteroriated. This is not a problem if your lucky and get an apartment on the third floor, which I am assuming is what Anne has, but most people who live on the first or second floor should expect to get woke up in the middle of the night, everytime the neighbor who lives above you goes to the bathroom or walks around. The floor boards creak that loudly.

In very slow response to your posting, it is 3 years later and I still love it here. I live on the 1st floor and do not care about people making noise over my head. The only thing that bothers me is fighting and that has not been an experience here. Again, the management and owners are terrific and genuinely care about the tenants. Repairs on done with 24 hours of making a request. I have just signed another 2 year lease. Bugs are in control and dealt with monthly. I still highly recommend this complex. Anne
