I have lived here since May of 05, and made the terrible mistake of actually resigning my lease.

where do i begin....

the bugs..i have used foggers, traps, sprays, you name it. roaches. EVERYWHERE. especially in the kitchen. the whole building must be infested, and the owners must not really give a damn. i have complained til i was blue in the face but all they say in that Terminex is coming..sometime..maybe.

Maintanence, when they do actually come (my AC broke in the middle of the heatwave this july and they didn't fix it until almost 2 weeks later) they rarely knock, sometimes just a light tap and then BUST IN ON YOU. I have been sleeping and the maintenence staff have just walked through my apartment, and even tried to do repairs in the room i was sleeping in!

Oh and did i mention that my neighbor is a crackhead and tried to break into my window cause she was too far gone to realize that it was not her apartment. i have also heard people running up and down the halls yelling about drug money. Basically just a lot of yelling..all around me.


I am waiting to fall through the floor in the hall in front of my door.

The laundry facilities that are on every floor hardly ever work and cost 1.50 wash/dry.

my car frequently gets egged (and even my bedroom window once), in the parking lot.


i could keep going but these are my main problems with the apartment building.

i mean the apartments are spacious, but um falling apart.
