To give you an idea how bad the noise is in this apartment. I was sitting on the toliet in my bathroom, and could hear the next door neighbor sneeze. No joke, I could hear a person sneezing. Thats how easily noise comes thru. The problem and the reason this occurs is because the maintenance people cut 2 foot by 2 foot square holes where they put in the plumbing, plumbing from the floor below to your floor and so on. This occurs even in your bedroom when your sleeping, since they have "water doors" on the walls where they can access the pipes. With the water doors being paper thin, and big holes inside there leading both down and up to the other apartments. Noise easily travels thru the ridiculously large holes they got cut in the walls in this building.

Even with the best ear plugs, when trying to sleep. You can hear every noise.

You can hear kids crying, screaming, neighbors talking, television sounds, and everything else. I have had trouble sleeping, with ear plugs in both ears, and this was at 2 AM in the morning.
