I lived in multiple apartments during my life, but this apartment by far has the most incompetent management and owners I have ever seen.

One thing they do that is totally ridiculous is they will begin "work" after 6 PM at night, often doing work up to 10 PM at night. Banging, hammering, drilling at 10 PM at night. If you have a job, where you need to get up early in the morning, then don't expect to be able to go to bed.

Why does this occur' It occurs because the maintenance man is also the apartment manager. The owner of the building is too cheap to hire a maintenance man. Because the apartment manager also works as the maintenance man, he will not do any maintenance work until after he finishes his office work. So between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM he sits in the office, then its usually not until after 6 PM before he begins any work.

You have to put up with banging, hammering and all the other maintenance noise while they do their maintenance crap at night. The same crap happens on the weekend, including on Sunday.

I don't know about other people, but I work from Monday to Friday. When I get home, I want to be able to relax and rest from working. Not have banging, loud noise and other crap going on because the management just doesn't give a damn about its residents and is totally incompentent on how to run a building where people are living.
