Multiple Health Code Violations

This building is a nightmare of health code violations.
The day after I moved in, I found a dead mouse at the back of my stove. Last thing I expect to have to do when I move into a nice and shiny new apartment is have to put mouse traps down.
Plumbing is horrible. I was running my water at my kitchen sink and saw some rust
color garbage come out of the plumbing. This from my kitchen sink, where I expected the water to be safe to drink!
I heard a loud noise when walking on my carpet. I lifted it up. The wood reminds me of what a piece of wood washed up at the beach would look like. I mean to say, what wood looks like when it is soaked in water for a while. Warped and decayed. Nailed together with rusted nails.
I did not notice any mold or fungus growing on the wood, but I only checked the wood in a small part of my apartment. Giving how deteriorated and bad the section I checked look, there is most likely a mold and fungus issue in this building.
This entire building should be shut down by the city building inspectors. And the owner should be fined and locked up!
