LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS PLACE.
THE OLD OWNER WHO HAD THIS PLACE LET IT RUN DOWN, ALL HE CARE ABOUT IS RENT MONEY.
WHEN THE NEW OWNER TOOK OVER IN THREE YEARS SHE WASN'T AFRAID TO MAKE IT SAFE FOR US.
PUT IN A NEW FENCE ESCAPE , PATIO, POWER WASH THE BUILDINGS,THEN SHE DOING THE INSIDE, WHAT A BIG DIFFERENCE. ALSO SHE PUT IN AND OUT THE SECURITY CAMERAS.
THIS APARTMENT BUILDING IS SAFE TO LIVE IN NOW

I absolutely agree with this review. The new owner has made this apartment building safer and better to live in. She cares about the people as well as the property.
