Stay away! Dranoff Properties take no responsibility and do not care about renter

If you are thinking about renting a unit at Locust on the Park, I implore you to look elsewhere. On the face of it, the building looks like (and can be) a nice place to live. However, I can tell you that I have spent 2 years as a good tenant, in spite of the fact that my apartment has suffered from leaks from the first week I arrived. Basically, whenever we've had a steady rain, we have had leaks. It started with one in our bedroom, but over the course of our lease, every room in the apartment experienced leaking. To the point where furniture had to be moved. Over the time we've been in the apartment, we have seen 4 different building managers come and go, and have had to explain our leak situation to each one. To a person, they have told us that they are "working on it". Which means nothing. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this, and any Dranoff Property building like a plague.
