I have been at Locust on the Park for several years. The neighborhood is great, and I am happy with my apartment and the staff. Whenever I have needed something, the doormen have answered my needs, and the maintenance staff responds quickly to my requests. The management office is not perfect, but they do whatever they can to the make sure your happy. The community is small, so I have heard things in reference to unhappy tenants, but my understanding is that they didn't want to follow the rules and decided to create confusion. I understand that you cannot please everyone, but I don't beleive that you would find too many residents with anything negative to say about the building. It is hard to find a building with a staff that really cares. My only advice is to judge for yourself.
