Overpriced and the managment is terrible

I live in this building for two reasons only...it feels safe and is close to where I work. There is a doorman and security cameras located around the building. The apartment itself is hardly impressive. The linoleum in the kitchens is awful, the carpeting is cheap, stained, and not even attached to the floor in some places, and the bathroom fixtures are always falling off. And while I have not had any problems with bugs myself, I've heard that there have been serious bug and rodent infestations recently. In addition, the management has a terrible attitude. They kicked everyone out of the parking lot twice to repave and did not reimburse for the time we were not allowed to park here (outdoor parking is almost $200 a month), let alone the extra cost of buying a street permit or parking in another garage. I cannot wait to move!
