The location is the best part of this building. It is walking distance to Rittenhouse Sq. and the train station. The apartments are fairly small, but the high ceilings and huge windows are gorgeous. I hear my neighbors sometimes, but it has never been a nuisance, and I've found the staff to be very helpful and responsive. They've fixed any problems that I've had within a day, and always bring my packages up to my apartment because I never get home from work on time to pick them up. The only downside is the price. Very expensive, especially when you factor in parking ($155 /mo). And the apartments are very small. You could never fit 2 people in the 1 bedroom - it's just a loft - much more of a "studio" than anything else. If location is not important, you can get a lot more for your money elsewhere.
