The location is great for Penn Students and the apartments are very unique, however the train is a BIG problem for those on the river side. The train passes by multiple times a night and wakes me up with braking noise. I feel bad when I have guests. The windows are so large that there is a constant hot or cold draft depending on the season. My electric bill was rediculous during the hot and cold spells.



The walls are thin, I hear the neightbors talk almost, walk, watch tv etc. The loby smells like smoke on m,w,f because the land lady smokes inside. Overall, I don?t recommend the building.

Agree, it is overprzed, the manager Martha smokes ike a train herself, the dogs poop inside the building and there is a constant oor in the elevators
